Telephone support for software and data terminal issues is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. After hours support is also available by calling the main office telephone number and following the prompts.
Detailed problem reports and non-urgent requests for support can be sent via e-mail or facsimilie.
Hardware can be delivered to our Granville office and in some cases support can be provided while you wait; please call ahead to make an appointment.
